We take great care in ensuring that your order arrives in the very best condition and most efficient way that you could expect. In order to maintain our very high standard of delivery, we send all our parcels 1st class recorded delivery and that\'s why we apply a standard charge of £3.95 on postage and packaging. However, if your order is over £35, postage and packaging is then free.

Delivery of large or heavy items.

In some cases our items are particularly heavy or of a large size, in which case we unfortunately have to add an additional charge to cover our delivery costs. This is to ensure extra care and attention goes in to getting your order with you in the very best way we can. In order to ensure you know exactly what you’re paying for we will highlight any additional postage and packaging fees that may occur in this instance. If you have any queries about this, or anything else, then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returns and refunds

We’ve taken great care in selecting all of products to ensure you receive the very best quality clothing, toys and gifts and that care and attention carries through on to our service to you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and, so you can buy with confidence, we will happily refund or exchange any item you have bought within 7 days of receipt* (providing the goods and packaging are intact).

In some exceptional cases, replacements may be difficult to fulfil as we have limited edition products in certain ranges. If this is the case, then we will endeavour to exchange for a similar item.

If for the unlikely reason you are unhappy with any part of our service, or with your purchase, then please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our utmost to make sure you’re happy again!

*Unfortunately, because we’re just so generous during our sale time, we can’t give refunds on sale items, however, we would be more than happy to exchange for another item of the same value.

Cancelling your order

If for any reason you have placed an order and then decided you want to cancel it, then please just let us know. However, you’ll have to be quick because we like to try and get your order to you as fast as we can, so there’s a good chance that it’s already in the post, in which case we can refund or exchange.

We have taken every care and measure to ensure your personal details and details of each order placed at Toto's on-line are stored in a secure database, preventing illegal access to your data. Your payment and card details are not stored and are only used during the secure payment step of the checkout process, keeping your details as safe as you would expect them to be.

If you have chosen to register with Toto’s then you will be able to benefit from a quicker ordering process, giving you even more time to relax and enjoy your purchases! All information submitted is kept under “lock and key” and used for our information. We do not share any details with 3rd party partners or organisations.
